The Williams Family, also known as The Sacks"

The Williams family lived in Oak Tree Cottage, near the Paddocks new development (5.2015) next to Belmont Crescent on Alltami Road.

They were called The Sacks because they wore sack instead of shoes on their feet. There were twelve children.

James (Jim) was the eldest.

The ladies' married names have been entered where known.

Tom was killed at Shotton Steelworks.

Fred marred Hazel.

Anna married Charles Hewitt.

Cissy married Albert Jones.

Ginny married Dick Jones.

Ann went to live in Baggillt.

Martha married and lived in the Trap.
