EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN

Under the Elementary Education Act 1876

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

By the School Board for the Parish of Holywell (Extra-Municipal), in pursuance of the above Act, that all children above the age of Eight Years, within the district of the said School Board, will be exempted from the prohibitions and restrictions of the said Act, with regard to the Employment of Children, for a period of Five Weeks, commencing on the 13th day of September, 1877, and ending on the 18th day of October, 1877, for the necessary operations of Husbandry and the ingathering of Crops.
