This sacred concert was performed before the one at 241.8 as the date of this letter is 16th. It seems that two were performed within a week of each other, one for the Boot Fund and the other for Chester Royal Infirmary.

SACRED CONCERT

A Sacred concert was given at the Tivoli on Sunday for the benefit of the local Unemployed Boot Fund Committee. The Rev. E. Lacey (Methodist minister) presided. The artistes were Mr H. E. Rowlands, Mr J. W. Ellis, Mrs R. Mann, and MIss Gertie Jones, and Miss Vera Davies (Northop Hall).
