TESTIMONIAL TEXT
It is with the greatest of pleasure that I write of Mr Howell Elfet Rowlands of Buckley.
I have known him personally for many years and always he has (?) been the highest and best of characters.
He has been studious and has lost no opportunity of improving natural abilities.
To my knowledge he has, in various parts of North Wales, undertaken with success much organising work on behalf of several charities.
Also he has in his own profession had a wide and considerable experience of publicity work.
Mr Rowlands also volunteered for service during the great war, and served with distinction for a period of four years with the R. W. Fus.
I have no hesitation whatever in saying that he is well fitted and equipped for any position of trust, especially where enthusiasm and organising ability are requiired.
