The Black Horse"

In April 2012, the Black Horse was for rent. Below is part of the description from the Licensed Trades Associates web site.

"The pub operates from highly visible premises which enjoys the commercial advantage of a prominent trading position for passing trade. It also has the advantage of a large car park, beer garden and barbeque area, also an external covered smoking area.

The main entrance to the Black Horse is accessed by way of a double vestibule door which leads into the bar area, this area is serviced by a centrally located servery bar equipped with refrigerated bottled beer cabinets beer dispense pumps and a number of spirit optics. The bar is furnished with fixed wall seating, loose tables chairs and stools and the floor is carpeted throughout. Ladies and gents toilets are located on the ground floor.

The living accommodation is accessed via an internal staircase leading from the main bar and also a private external entrance. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room, 4 large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom/WC. The accommodation is in need of some renovation and decoration."
