Note: The archive has no recent image for the Buckley Amateur Boxing Club. The following information is dated July 2011.

A delegation from the Club met Prime Minister, David Cameron, along with MP Mark Tami to join a national lobby for the promotion of boxing in schools. The Club had recently moved to a premises on Drury Industrial Estate and was keen to promote boxing in schools in Flintshire. In addition to competitions, the premises was open to the community for boxing and fitness classes, including boxing for women and those with disabilities.
