This drawing is by the architects, John Douglas and Charles Howard Minshull. John Douglas, 11.4.1830 - 23.5.1911, was born at Sandiway, Cheshire. In 1860 he opened an office in 6, Abbey Square, Chester. Charles Minshull, 1858 - 1934, became a partner in 1898, having been trained by Douglas. The partnership was dissolved in 1909.
