Agent for the Executor of the late Capt. H. R. Knight

the persons entitled to the sum due

give notice that I apply for an order for the recovery of the sum of

Eight pounds nine shillings and - pence

due in respect of the rentcharge issuing out of the lands described in the first part

of the schedule to this application for the period of two years

and which became payable on the first

day of April 1934

The owner of the said land is F. Thompson of Aberllannerch Farm, Mold

The owner is the sle occupier of the lands.

I shall apply that the order for recovery be executed by the appointment of an officer

to distrain under section (2) of section 2 of the Act.
