Coal Distribution Order, 1943

General Direction (Restriction of Supplies) No.12

Licence No. 2603

Coal on Form C.D.O.1. No other facilities.

 

In pursuance of Article 6 of the Coal Distribution Order, 1943, I hereby authorise Mr. James Evan Harrison to acquire and Messrs. Connah Bros., Buckley Junction Depot to furnish for consumption in the premises known as 125, Mold Road, Buckley, a quantity of coal not exceeding Ten cwt. during the period commencing on the date of this licence and ending on the 30th April 1947, such quantity being in addition to any quantity which may be furnished and acquired for consumption in those premises in accordance with paragraph 1 of the above-mentioned General Direction.

 

For the purpose of this licence the expression "coal" has the meaning assigned to it by the Coal Distribtion Order, 1943, excluding coke, anthracite, Welsh and Kent dry steam coal and manufactured fuel ( other than coalite).
