Emily was my great-great aunt, maiden name Hughes Jones. She was married to George Fuller. She met him in London, whence both sisters went to work in service. They returned to Buckley and lived in Bryn Road. When she wanted to get on the bus, she put a board outside so that the driver would know and stop for her.

I remember taking her Beecham's pills costing 1/3d. She always gave me 2/6 and 3d for my brother - a small fortune to an eight year old in the 1950s.
