This document was found in 44, Well Street in about 1980. Joseph Taylor had Taylor's Row in Mill Lane called after him. He was Neil Cropper's grandfather.

Ladies and Gentlemen

Having been nominated for a seat on

the above forthcoming Election

and thinking that I may be of some service to my

fellow ratepayers in the District, I solicit one of

the fifteen votes you are entitled to place in the

Election on Saturday March 31st next
