The book was published with a print run of approximately 1000 softbacks at £19.99 and a limited edition of 70 hardbacks plus complimentary copies at £30. The hardbacks were sold out long before the launch, and after the launch several hundred softbacks had been sold. The Chester Chronicle and Evening Leader printed articles on the launch.
