Centenary Jubilee"

The banner in this photo is difficult to identify. The church group is following the Royal Buckley Town band who are leading the parade. In the Jubilee Centenary booklet, the first church in the list is Saint John's, so the assumption is that this is a banner of theirs no longer in use. Can anyone confirm this?
