COUNTY OF FLINT
CINEMATOGRAPH ACTS, 1909 AND 1952 ANNUAL LICENCE
The Council of the Administrative County of Flint, being the Licensing Authority under the above mentioned Acts.
DO HEREBY grant unto Lloyd Edmund Davies of 6, Tai Clawdd, High Street, Ruabon, Nr. Wrexham in the County of Flint (in the Schedule hereto called 'the Licensee'), authorise him to use the premises known as The Palace Cinema situate at Buckley in the said County for the purpose of giving therein cinematograph exhibitions, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set out in the Schedule hereto, and also to compliance with the Regulations for the time being of the Secretary of State for securing safety and the health and welfare of children attending such exhibitions made under the above mentioned Acts or any enactments amending or extending the same.
This licence shall be in force during the space of one year on and from the 30th day of January 1964, to the thirty first day of December 1964, unless it has been previously revoked or has lapsed as provided in the Schedule.
