This was the first game we played in our new kit, which the company had bought for us with a view to entering the Deeside Sunday League, which we eventually went on to do. The team was in existence for about five years. We played friendlies with other amateur teams from around the area and as far away as Liverpool. After we joined the Deeside Sunday League we played every week. We won the first match in the League 4 - nil but this success did not last!

Tommy Langford was the manager of the League team and the players out of this photo in the League were: Dean Addleton, Clive Parry, Paul Antrubus, Tony Faulkner, Kim Chamberlain, Dave Stanley and Adrian Jones.
