This Welsh Dragon was for the Council Building in Colwyn Bay. It was made at Lane End in the early 1990s. The building has three dragons and three welsh feathers around it. You can just about see it from the by-pass travelling in an easterly direction before you get to the tunnel. The indents at the base were for ease of lifting and carrying.
