June 12/99
Dear Frank
I suppose you will be all anxiety for the great event of Wednesday and the great event of your life for such I trust you will take it to be. We believe you are not entering upon it without serious consideration, and a determination to do your duty in the new state into which you are about to enter. Never forget that it will be in God's presence you will make the vows which you are so soon to take and then you may safely count upon God's blessing. Although we shall not be with you in presence you may be quite sure we shall in spirit. And from our hearts a fervent prayer to Almighty God will go to his footstool for your future happiness and welfare. All being well we shall be up your way in about a month's time, as Pattie will tell you. She will also tell you about presents. You can either send us word what will be useful or let it be until we come. I don't know that I need say more, as you will have quite a gathering of Pantons on Wednesday and you will get all the news. So I will conclude by once more by wishing you every blessing that God in his great goodness can give you, and our own greatest blessing and best wishes for you both,
We remain
Your ever affectionate
Mother & Father
