see 199.3 for a photo of Charles and John Robins. It is not clear whether there is a connection but it is likely.

It is possible that the bust is of Charles Robins, 1871 - ?. His father was also Charles Robins, born 1840. They lived in the Alltami area. They were both bailiffs for the area.
