? 1750, 1781 (Thomas Lewis); 1815 (John Leach sen.); 1871. The site indicated on the 1871 25" Ordnance plan is now occupied by a house (possibly the original potter's cottage), garden, orchard (335) and timber yard. The kiln site is beneath the modern road and the dump beneath the timber yard. A small quantity of nineteenth century pottery and kiln furniture was found on the edge of the common opposite the site in January 1975.
