The last tipping area at Etna before water drainage and tree clearance in 1984 under Buckley Urban District Council. The opportunity to get this photo was given by tractor driver Mr Malcolm Ellis who opened up a fence panel for me. Fortunately I had the camera in my work bag and one shot left on the film roll.
