The Jones family were Kiln builders whose nickname was 'The Bricklers'. They lived in Ivy Cottage next to the Baptist Chapel which they built. They spent some time out in Ireland as well as other areas of the United Kingdom whilst building kilns.

Sarah Jones became Sarah Edwards.
