On Tuesday 2nd July 2013, a meeting was held in the Buckley Town Council offices during which it was decided that a new committee should be formed according to the constitution in order to manage the building more effectively. Those attending included Martin Wright, Clerk, Cllr Carol Ellis, Mr and Mrs Ray Fox, keyholders and contacts, and representatives of user groups. The building was in need of review and there were certian areas of concern. A timetable of initial meetings was drawn up.
