Follow the hotspots for "Taylor's Pottery site" for other pictures of the dig

This photo shows the strata revealed in the trench during the dig. Mr Les Boganar stated that the black surface was probably pre-war. It had a lot of organic matter in it. The lower grey line was likely to be the original surface.
