Phil on Jubilee Day"

Phil was the Countryside Ranger for Buckley and he was on the Higher Common just before the Jubilee. He was very reluctant to have his photo taken!

In March 2006, his retirement from his post of over 15 years was announced to take effect from mid May. The Buckley Town Council sent him a letter thanking him for his work on improving the environment in Buckley, especially on the Etna Park and the Commons.
