In December 2007, new proprietors took over The Windmill - Ruth, Mark and Jonathan Wellington.

By December 2009, the Windmill had been taken over again and renamed The Isaiah Tea Rooms. On Tuesday 22nd December, a free lunch for over-70s was organised between The Isaiah, Flintshire Christian Youth Centre and the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Buckley. In 2010 the establishment was holding events on the same basis every Tuesday at noon - lunches for the over-70s with a roast dinner and tea or coffee for £1 donation.
