This teapot was housed for many years in Wrexham Library and was transferred to Buckley Library on Local Government Reorganisation in April 1996. These photos were taken in January 1998 to forward to the conservation department at Liverpool University, who subsequently repaired and cleaned it to a high standard. It is now part of the Buckley Library collection and is currently (2003 - see 28.490) on display in the Heritage Centre. Large teapots such as this were common in Buckley and were used in Sunday Schools etc.
