Saint John's United Reformed Church, Buckley


Thomas Antrobus was drafted from one of the brickworks in Lane End at the age of 18. The Military visited to recruit a certain number of men and he was "released" by the manager and joined the Royal Welch Fusiliers. He died in September 1918 at the Battle of Cambrai.
