The char a banc belonged to Nanna Hughes, Lane End. Refreshments at Salt's Cafe, Southport.

Front row: Tom Shaw lived at Pren Farm.

 

Second row: Frank Parry, brother of Joan lives at Jubilee Villas.

 

Third row: Jack Roberts looked after The Albert Hall, then the Black Horse Public House. Edgar Shaw - Ron Shaw's father. Edgar Shaw was a lay reader at All Saints church for many years. Edgar also worked for a local butcher,who had a shop at the bottom of Lane End.

 

Fourth row: Billy Arthur Lewis was the sexton.
