RAIL TRACK QUERY

As a newcomer to Buckley, I have been surprised by the area of disused ralway lines and land and wondering whether anything is going to happen to them.

It seems a pity that this land is left unused. Will it eventually be used for housing?

I should like to know what plans are in store for this land and meanwhile who is responsible for its upkeep which is hardly like a beauty spot
