BUCKLEY RAILWAY COMPANY SHIPPING WAGGON
The waggons ran along specially modified tracks which were the property of the Buckley Traders Association, a certain group of the Buckley brickmakers in the late nineteenth century. It was necessary to ensure high quality delivery of undamaged specially-shaped and manufactured fire bricks.
The selected goods were loaded at the kilns into small shipping boxes which were transferred into the shipping waggons for transport to the docks within the UK or worldwide.
