THE MUG BUYERS
Itinerant mug sellers called at Buckley potteries and then traded their wares over North Wales. The gipsy family have just loaded up their shandry with pottery and the deal is completed as the buyer hands over his gold sovereigns to the potter. In a corner the old gipsy woman is telling the young lady's future and the potter's son casts a speculative glance at the pair of them.
