Dear Friends,

On behalf of the officials and members of the Royal Buckley Town Band, I am pleased to welcome you to tonight's Festival of Music, arranged to celebrate the fourth visit to Buckley of our friends from the Czech republic, The Cerveny Kostelec Brass Orchestra.

I should like to thank most sincerely those families who have accommodated and looked after members of the Orchestra in their homes during the week. Grateful thanks are also extended to the local authorities and organisations who have supported the visit so generously.

I hope that you will enjoy this evening's concert and that the visit will further strengthen the bonds of friendship between Buckley and Cerveny Kostelec
