OFFICER'S LEAVE
Sec. Lieut. Gibson, of Brook Hill, is home on leave. He has been on active service in Egypt for a good many months, and while out there has suffered the loss of his father, Mr Phillips Gibson, through death. The late Mr Phillips Gibson was the managing director of the Buckley Brick and Tile Company, Ltd. The vacant position of managing director has now been conferred upon Lieut. Gibson. He is the grandson of Major Merriman Gibson, a veteran soldier.
