In April 2007 a special dedication formed part of the Easter Day services. The Reverend Anthapurusha accepted an oak carved priest's chair in memory of Glyn Hughes. It was presented to the church by his sons. Glyn Hughes had been a partner of R. D. Davies, Funeral Directors and was very highly regarded. He had furnished the church with its pulpit, altar and screens, which he had made himself.
