The hack barrow was given to me by Castle Works and conveyed by them from their J.C. Edwards Ruabon derelict works to me. Placed in the Elfed School Museum. It had two large wheels at the front and two small at the back. The load was to be swivelled easily between other piles of bricks. The platform above the wheels is missing.
The barrow was destroyed and burnt to ashes in August 1993 by irresponsible yobs while being displayed on Knowl Hill.
